A local store started carrying something called black garlic from Korea.
It claims to have more health benefits than fresh garlic without the smell
(allicin is eliminated through fermentation process) but I thought allicin
was the health promoting and smelly factor in garlic. This product is
described as chewy and can be eaten right from the bag. Thoughts?
