Excellent points Siobhan.... Too, I eat my beef and lamb very rare, but I
really seriously doubt that I will ever be able to stomach even rare chicken
or fish.  Dried yes, but not raw.  Oh shudder, groan, sigh.....  Raw eggs?,
forget it..... Oliva (who is getting grossed out)
