I've also had a lot of experience cooking with buckwheat flour .  I do
not believe it would be paleo.

Although not technically a grain, buckwheat is a seed that is related to
the rhubarb family.  Because it would not be edible raw, I think its off
the list, here.

But if you still want to "play with it", e-mail me at
[log in to unmask] and I'll give you some recipe ideas.  Hopefully,
I'll be able to retrieve my messages without being sabotaged by another
computer virus like yesterday ....... (Could we develop a vaccine for
that I wonder?)
