I looked up beef brain on the USDA database, and it said it had 0.00 w-3.
I could not find 'marrow' in the database.  As for nuts, I saw a page (
http://www.netrition.com/nuts.html ) that had listed only canola and
walnuts with appreciable w-3 (and walnuts were still with 5 times as much
w-6 as w-3).
