I find that I am one of those who is likely to overeat in the
evening, but it seems to have no relation to what or when I eat
during the day.  Instead, it appears to be psychological.  I am
not especially active during the evening, but I'm not sleeping
either, and that seems to act as a psychological cue to eat.
