Hi gang,

A digression from our ecclesiastical conclave... I am still waiting
for the
white smoke! :-)

Lately, green tea is all the rage. In the grocery store, it seems to
have
every flavor except for plain tea. Now, whenever I go to Chinatown, I
see
many (inexpensive) teas, including the green tea. I had always
thought
that green tea was simply tea that was not roasted before being dried.
Is
this correct, or is green tea a particular tea plant? Is this the
green
tea referred to in Neanderthin?

Still can't follow the religion of falconry. Too many flashbacks to
"The
Viking".
