I had a small piece of lemon meringue(sp?) pie with my
father to celebrate his birthday.....it's his favorite......
It hit me like a sledgehammer......I slept for a couple
of hours.......I don't know if it was all the sugar or
the eggs.....but I suspect the sugar......and when I
woke I had the most unpleasant gassy stomach....
....last time THAT happened was when I had a piece
of cake with my sister on her birthday.....I thought
it was the sugary icing at that time.....maybe so....

I can't tolerate bread at all, now.......I started this
WOE last February and cut out bread first of all....
a couple of weeks ago, I ate a sandwich....two
slices of whole wheat bread with a piece of
steak between......I broke out in a massive case
of hives, and my RA was miserable too.......
I don't care if it was the wheat, or the yeast in
the bread.....it made me miserable and I made
a vow to never let such stuff pass my lips again.
And that is one vow I can abide by with no
cravings..........but I do get a yen for cucumbers
from time to time.............
