Unfortunately the author of the review is mostly clueless about psychology and
philosophy, while at the same time, being a relatively adept writer, i.e. he can
write a convincing sentence that sounds like it should be right.

Buller's book itself has been comprehensively debunked in EP circles on the
Internet.

PS  A good book on Evolutionary Psychology is "The Moral Animal" by Robert
Wright.   Which says, among other things, that the answer to "Is Bigotry Paleo?"
is "Yes".
