Erryn Pollock wrote that his wife "has some nausea most of the time, which
gets worse when she eats...She has also completely lost her appetite."
Erryn, your wife should not eat when she is nauseous and when she has lost
her appetite.
Your wife should physiologically rest, i.e., water fast, because she is
nauseous and has lost her appetite.
She should eat only when she is genuinely hungry, i.e., when she is
salivating for food.
During her fast, she should drink only as much water as her thirst demands,
not more water and not less water, no juices, no vitamins, no supplements and
no drugs, i.e., she should learn to listen to and obey only her inherent
intelligence, her God within, which is always talking to her.
A water fast is a physiological rest and therefore to conserve her vital
energy and optimumly help heal herself, she should always do a water fast
lying down, with her eyes constantly closed, no talking, and only sleeping
and/or feelingly meditating on her symptoms until she is asymptomatic, i.e.,
until she no longer has any symptoms.
If she gets bored during her water fast, she can listen to a television,
radio, tape recorder, cassette recorder, phonograph records, etc., but she
must always be lying down and keeping her eyes constantly closed
She should not take any enemas nor colonics. She eats only with her mouth
with which her taste buds and her enzymes can help her optimumly and
self-defensively properly metabolize her food. There are no taste buds and
enzymes in her rectum or any other orifice or on her skin.
She should break her water fast only when she is asymptomatic, i.e., when she
you no longer has any symptoms or when she is genuinely hungry, i.e., when
she is salivating for food.
I have helped thousands of people and animals, world-wide, heal themselves,
by supervising their water fasting via the Internet. If you and your wife
need supervision with her water fasting, contact me now, and I will help you
and your wife via the Internet.
