That could in fact be paranoia.  I know I cannot say with 100% assurance that it was not.  I am certainly aware of the human tendency to see things that are not actually there and I am determined to recognize it as well in my self as I do in others.  But the problem remains that my teeth seem to be speaking to me and I think I ought to listen.
