Ray, you wouldn't happen to have any sources for any of the negatives
on potatoes, would you. That would greatly appreciated. There seems to
have been a resurgence of acceptance of potatoes among paleo dieters
for various reasons. As far as the acrylamide goes, it's supposed to
be negligible if they are boiled rather than baked or fried, but I
haven't been able to find any health data on the Inca.
