Hi David,

I might try this. My fasting glucose is in the mid-200's, even on long
acting insulin. Diabetes is heavy on both sides if my family. Ick!

What is the "paleo-hack" diet? I don't want this to turn in to a debate,
either. Each body is different and there is no one standard fuel that is
capable of keeping every body at its optimum. However, the Paleo method is
by far the most healthy base I have come across. Therefore, I am open to the
experience of others.

The "potato diet" is actually considered a "paleo hack." The hack is a
temporary diet to create a metabolic change.

They main concept as I see it is to increase Carbs but keep fructose intake
as close to zero as possible. I strongly suspect that the fructose damages
the liver and the pancreas.

Potato diet info. I did this as an experiment to see how it would affect my
blood sugar with almost 100% of calories from glucose carbs. My morning
blood sugar readings were ~70
