I had an ELISA blood test done -

I've had the ALCAT test done on numerous occasions with differing results.
Omit the offending foods as suggested but if you don't feel any better -- I
would add them back.

As for fish -- sardines, wild salmon, wild sea scallops and the wild sea
prawns from Florida available at Whole Foods store are excellent. There is also a
brand of sashimi grade tuna called Eco-Friendly -- something like that - and
canned crab meat -- very tasty. But if you are concerned about mercury (I'm
not -- but realize some are) -- stick to smaller fish like sardines and those
known to have lower mercury content like salmon.
