Yes, but I'm not sure whether the Lp(a) increase is related to
prostaglandins.  The other factor is that the diets studied were
also high in carbs, which means that in addition to any SFAs or
MUFAs ingested, a significant amount of carbohydrate was being
converted to SFA internally.
