IMO you would have to limit yourself to the very infrequent usage that a true
PALEO diet would provide. That would be when they came upon a beehive and had
the time to go thru the process off obtaining the honey. Buying a jar in the
store and using it every day, or even once a week would not IMO be truly
PALEO. JerrySteg.
