The seed is roasted then powdered after removing the fat so you got cocoa
powder and cocoa butter .
The chocolate maker mixe those 2 ingredients sugar and possibly milk  and
nuts in diferents ratio for differents kind of chocolate. It is melted then
shaped to cool down in molds .
for drinking chocoate  the butter is not included.
When i was stilll eating cooked food i was buying pure cocoa powder and  was
making a drink from it ( mixed with hot water) with a little bit of honey or
nothing .
