Dear Hans,

<< Loren Cordain once pointed out in a post to the Paleodiet list, that
the aluminium in pans and jars and so on, is not bioavailable. Instead
the aluminium left after the fat hydrogenetic processes is bioavailable in
a form that can pass the brain barrier.<<

Would you please tell me what "the fat hydrogenetic processes" is? I'd like
to understand this so I can avoid it! Thanks.

Susan
