Hi there,
feeling pretty rough here...everything hurts...my RA seems to be
attacking me with a
vengence...is this withdral symptoms or a major flare ...I just don't
know...will
look for mineral supplements today..if I can coax this body to
co-operate  enough to
let me get out!!!!
I was thinking of doing the elimination diet  but am weary that I may
feel worse
than I do now..and I need to function...have kids.
