Link to a EurekAlert study, titled " <goog_1234986329133>High-fat diets
inflame fat tissue around blood vessels, contribute to heart
disease."<http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2009-02/uoc-hdi021809.php>

Don't you just want to yell sometimes "WHICH fats???"

It was interesting that "many patients who consume high fat diets do not
exhibit abnormal lipid profiles but still develop atherosclerosis
nonetheless." Study at least noted that lipid profiles don't have all the
answers and one can have normal weight, normal lipids and cholesterol, but
still have issues. More and more, it's the word "inflamation" that keeps
popping up.

It'll make a nice talking point with my rheumatologist this month.
