It is increasingly realized that including these tests (along with
the "ordinary" ones) and seeing what your numbers are is important.

LEF has a lot of info - http://www.lef.org/protocols/prtcl-072.shtml
about what they think the numbers should be for men and women. Just
to take three targets they have here for men:

LEF "Optimal" Range for Men:

    Free Testosterone               26-40 pg/mL
    Estradiol                       15-30 pg/mL
    Total Testosterone              600-1000 ng/dL

For example it could be that if your Estradiol is too high, you may
have difficulty losing body fat.
