The important messages from this paper were:
1. The HDL cholesterol dropped with the total cholesterol and there was no
improvement in the TC/HDL ratio.
2. The triglycerides went soaring in most patients.
Hypothesis:- keep them on this diet long enough and your going to have a
whole bunch of NIDDMs with low cholesterols.
