Sounds wonderful, Tom.  Wish I could.  I gave up dairy years ago when I
became paleo and can't ever, ever go back to dairy now that I've had breast
cancer.

The cow, by some miracle (curse) of nature, has the same chemical structure
in its milk that the human body has.  The same hormones (naturally in cow's
milk) that make baby cows grow, make human cells grow/divide faster.  This
is the last thing I need.  Dr. Jane Plant wrote a book on the subject; she
actually cured her cancer by eliminating dairy from her diet.

I'll just sit here and fanaticize!
