Rosedale and Stephen Phinney. Phinney is really the guy I'm basing
this on. Google "phinney ketogenic" and read the review he authors. In
it he says that "the optimum window for human metabolism" is from a
minimum of 1.2 grams of protein for each kg of reference (ideal) body
weight up to 1.7 grams. 100g per day is right in the middle for me.
Rosedale basically agrees.
