However, if you have one of the cheap Mr. Coffee dehydrators, it
is simple to get it to work at a lower temperature.  Just place
one or two plastic rulers across the top of the top tray, and put
the lid on top of those.  This allows the warm air to escape
faster and significantly slows the drying time, because the
escaping air keeps the temperature lower.
