Hi Amadeus,

I'm just wondering...why aren't you interested in meat? I thought you were
in Europe where the meat is grassfed and held in high esteem for its
quality. I saw a thing on TV about the nice grassfed venison that is raised
in Europe somewhere. What country do you live in?
I used to be a vegetarian and have more energy eating meat, that is why I
am interested.
It would be nice if you are healthy eating your way, because my children do
not eat that much meat and I would like to think they'll be ok anyway.
What kinds of nuts and vegetables do you eat?

I ordered some gonads, but the butcher thinks they are thrown out, liver,
suet, brains, and marrow bones so I'll see what happens.

All the best,
Susan
