This is the "traditional" way. Native americans did not eat first thing in
the morning -- they would do work first, and eat later. Also, they only ate
two meals a day. This is a routine I generally follow myself, and I find it
gives more energy, and reduces the desire to be constantly eating, as so many
westerners do. I find one of the best ways to create more energy is simply to
eat small amounts of highly nutritious food, like eggs.
