Mad whatever disease is a crock. If people buy this one then
pharmaceutical companies can produce "vaccines" for wild animals and have a
new entry into needlessly drugging for the sake of ever increasing their
profits.
        I don't think the Mule Deer has a very strong lobby in Washington. I do
know that drug companies like to see the emergence of a new treatable
disease so they can come up with a vaccine after the natural decline of the
disease and take credit for the fall in cases. Notice that no vaccine has
ever come out without either the incidence being in decline and/or the
sanitation problem leading to a disease's favorable environment being known.
