Hi, Moira, Gregg, and Everyone:
     I can surely identify with your friend's reaction to your diet, as my
daughter is a registered dietician and they REALLY did a number on her at the
university. She takes issue with me every time we try to have a meal together.
The dietetics profession teaches positively not to restrict any one food
group... A calorie is a calorie.... All food is broken down into glucose....
Protein is harder to break down than other
calories...Yada...Yada...Yada....Imagine how I feel, I paid for her to go to
college and get brainwashed;)
     At least you can avoid your friend if you want to.
