I saw a book at the checkout counter of my local grocery store this week
entitled "The Bible Diet."  I flipped through it quickly and noticed that
leaven bread and milk were both acceptable foods on the diet.

BTW, I was surprised to see a review of Paleo diets written with a
"positive" slant on a mainstream internet diet site, but see for yourself:
