I seem to be getting flamed on the genes comment. Being that I am not a
geneticist (nor do I desire to be), I will yield to the people on this list
who can speak more authoratatively on this subject than I can. My main
point is this (and has been this since my first post on this matter): Not
*everyone* should be eating paleo. I think it's ignorant that so many
people on this list think paleo is the way everyone should eat. Anyone who
thinks this, is obviously unfamiliar with the benefits of a good whey
protein (a dairy product) to those with non-dairy allergies.
