Hi Sheena,

No, corn is not paleo.. corn is similar to a grain rather than a
vegetable and has a mega high carb. content. Further, not many people
can eat it for long without digestive disorders. Animals fed corn also
tend to get sick after a short time. Sorry to be graphic, but parts of
it are indegestible and can be clearly seen in the eater's stool. More
of a worry is that corn is added to almost everything now in the form of
maltodextrin, corn starch, corn syrup and other modern distasters..
which don't even resemble real corn anyway.

Nut flours.. just grind your own, else buy them. eg. Almond meal/flour.

Fruit is ok as a snack or small meal with something else.. though as a
staple, it won't have the nutrients or the effects you need.
