What do you paleo exercisers eat prior to workouts?  I'm ok when I'm able to
work out in the am after breakfast, but sometimes I have to wait until early
evening to exercise and I just need a snack for energy to tide me over until
dinner.  I've been trying just a tiny serving of berries or a plum, but am
concerned that the fruit sugar will impede growth hormone release.  Any
ideas??
