Rachel,

Thanks for your input on raw meats.  I know I am being overly paranoid
about eating raw meats.  However, it is something one must retrain their
thought process in regards to.   I am sure in the long run, I stand a
great chance of getting sick from the flu  then from getting food
poisoning from my own home.
