That's exactly what I was thinking along the lines of.  If I'm not eating
hardly any fat at all, then the ketone bodies let me know that I'm
definitely on my way to removing even more bodyfat.

For me, it gives me a lot of momentum to know that I'm in ketosis w/o eating
much fat.  Then, I *know* that I'm losing fat.  Even more motivation to
stick to the diet, and hit the cardio.

And when I do get a kill for a burrito craving, I'll just tear into some
bananas.  My muscle glycogen is soooo low, that the incoming carbs just go
straight to the muscle and also stored as glycogen in the liver.
