Yeah, as per my other post, they dropped a huge 73%.

My TC:HDL dropped 29.8% from a SAD diet to LC, but the ratio was still high
and out of the reference range.   What put me into the normal reference
range was the 17.4% going from LC to Paleo.

LDL:HDL dropped 20.4%, SAD to LC.  And 21.22% LC to Paleo.  More is better,
I think.

Will try to get to your questions about differences between my LC diet and
Paleo soon.
