I too have that problem with watermelon and some other foods
<G>. I haven't the amount of self control I would like so
solve the problem thru the back door, sorta. I only have
one or two servings on hand at one time. I seem to have
more resistance if it isn't staring me in the face. I made
my hubby stash all his goodies in a special cabinet or in
the downstairs 'fridge. I can stay out of them because I
can't actually see what's in there. So maybe I spend a bit
more $$ but when the nearest organic store is an hour away,
I have to really want it bad to make that drive and by the
time I get there I'm usually over the urge. It's a crutch
but they have their uses <G>.

This made me think of that crazy fad diet a few years back
known as the grapefruit diet. Some swore by it and some got
real sick as I remember. Anyway, maybe grapefruit has some
kind of special action we're overlooking? Grapefruit seed
extract is said to help with yeast.....anybody got any facts
to share?
