FYI, the label on the pemmican says "No Nitrite Pemican" (doesn't "pemmican"
have 2 "m"'s?) and "Ingredients: Beef, Cherries, Honey, Salt".

I saw the note on their website that they "accidentally" created some jerky
using MSG -- a little scary.  Sure hope the pemmican doesn't have it.  If
you're sensitive to MSG you might want to call them to double check.
