Dori, he could be on the verge or alredy into diabetic mellulitis. What you
describe sounds like it. Both my parents and one of my sisters are diabetic and
they all were chubby until they developed diabetic. Somebody I know thought she
had cancer when she lost so much weight in short time that she dropped 3 sizes
in clothes. She learned to be a diabetic too.  Eating Paleo may be good for him,
still a visit to his GP would be in order perhaps.
