Chorophyl is good, this has already been cleared up I think.
Actually it's great. It's the same molekule as hemoglobin (the red in our
blood which transport oxygen. Just instead of an iron atome, magnesium is
inside.

Cellulose doesn't "make sick" eather.
It's very good stuff for the good gut bacteria to live upon. And it's the
grips on which the things are pushed forward with - in the gut.

Cellulose walls around the goodies inside the cells  prevent them from
beeing digested however. That's why cooking or roasting a tuber increases
it's digestibility (and leaves less to the gut bacteria).
