What do you think is the reason that some want too much?

Evolutionary there's *disadvantage* for obesity,
and, btw. little chance to see a fat koisan, aboriginal, yanonami.

I think the main reason is the tendency to eat for one specific
nutrition property until it's sufficiently present.
*not* energy. Some vitamins, minerals.

I have checked my food intake for some day, and have seen that on days
with very good overall nutrition (all vitamins and minerals at 100-200%)
I tend to eat a little less energy. And I really lost a little weight.
That maybe from the very nutritious avocado time I am experiencing
presently.

What do you think is the reason that many want too much?

Cheers, Amadeus
