This is discouraged on maelstrom as wasting archive space. This is
part of the reason we also discourage quoting of whole messages when
you are replying.

To get this "mysterious first message" you send a message to

[log in to unmask]

with any subject line and in the body of the message put:

get paleofood welcome

It suggests that you save it for future reference but a new copy is
