I had to look this up...
And got this name for the delicate mushroom.
German name is Pfifferling.
Small dark-yellow mushrooms.
Available in season in every store over here.
Similar costly like boletus (which is Steinpilz).

Mushrooms tend to accumulate metals. Some are good on iron.
