I can say I do get  all of these plus a racing heart with irregular
beats, my husband says my left breast actually giggles a bit from my
increased heart rate. (which i get from time to time anyway due to my
Graves Disease)

What I find, even well past the 4 hour mark, is lower leg cramps,
shoulder weakness and headaches, all of which last up to 2 days.  I
literally feel hung over.
