I've read it.  It's quite comprehensive, and indeed it is interesting.  I  
read it long before I ever heard about the paleo approach.  It covers the  
phsyiology aspects, diet variations, and exercise.  It's hard to imagine  
something about ketogenic diets that it *doesn't* cover.
