I don't consider oils as supplements if they are not highly refined and
processed. I'm not using any oils myself, but I'm curious. So, what kind of
fish oil are you taking? Does it have an appealing taste? How much do you
take? Do you take it because you like it or do you take it because you
think you need it? Do do take it alone or combine it with other products?
Do you know how it's manufactured? What kind of improvements did you
experience after starting with this oil? Have you investigated
what happens
if you don't take it? What kind of theories are you talking about?

Hope you have time and effort to answer these questions, or at least some
of them.
