oh my god absolutely not.  it's enough that i'm under my care ;)

i think pointing them to that diabetes list would be a good start.

it's up to everyone to learn how to eat for themselves, otherwise there is too
much dependency, and codependency, and people playing doctor/nutritionist when
only our own body can really lead us
