Hi Mary and List,

>Does anyone have any other teas to recommend? I also like peppermint, which

My favourite is Jasmine loose tea that I am drinking right now. The
tea has
the aroma of a flowery garden as the steam rises below my nose.

I know that ginger tea is good for colds. I just ground up some fresh
dried
ginger for some soap I am going to make today! Yes, not only am I
melting
fat for pemmican, but I am melting it for soap too! My skin is softer
and
chemical free now. Now if it could just get rid of this itch...!

Paleoclean!
Susan
