        I can tell you MY view, colonics is a nessessity when eating
forbiden fruits.  If you've ever had bean husks decompose inside your
large intestine you would want to have the thing pulled out.  Colonics and
the vegitarian diet go together like bread and butter.
        But we don't eat bread or butter.  We have no need of enemas and
the like because of the high bioavalability of what we eat.  You might
want to do it once, just once, to remove traces of Forbiden Fruits, but
most people are going to be fine just removing the intake of said
substances.
