I like to think of adding fat into 3 categories and aside from 
animal/fish fat, use these sources:

saturated- coconut oil/milk
mono- olive oil, avocado
poly- udo's oil

Does anyone know of any paleo-based sources for what ideal ratios are?  
I generally try to balance the 3 out 1:1:1 but haven't really referenced 
that from anywhere.
