Saw an AP article two days ago written by Phillp Brasher entitled, "USDA Pushes to Boost Soy in School Food."

The article said that federal officials, who were worried about the fat in kids' meals, want to let schools and day-care centers serve more soy products as meat substitutes.

In the last paragraph:
"Although the proposal would allow schools to offer meatless entrees.....stuff deleted.....nutritionists say schools are likely to use it to increase the amount of soy that they blend into their standard fare: burgers, tacos and the like."

I would think this will make it even more difficult for paleo students to choose non-soy food. How will they know which foods contain soy and which don't?
